How to Get Clinical Support

Created by Rightwell Consultant, Modified on Tue, 25 Nov, 2025 at 9:28 AM by Rightwell Consultant

All Rightwell patients have access to a secure patient portal where they can contact their care team and get clinical support 24/7.

If you have a question about your treatment, symptoms, or medications, the patient portal is the best and fastest way to reach your assigned doctor.

? For your privacy and safety, clinical questions are handled only through the patient portal, not by customer service phone or email.

Access Your Patient Portal

  1. Go to: https://app.rightwell.com/login

  2. Sign in with the email or phone number used when creating your Rightwell account.

  3. Once logged in, you’ll see your patient dashboard, including messages, treatment plan, and account details.

If you’re having trouble logging in, contact our support team through the Contact Us article.

How to Contact Your Doctor

Inside the portal, you can send a secure message directly to your assigned doctor or clinical team.

  1. Log in to your patient portal: https://app.rightwell.com/login

  2. Go to the Messages or Inbox.

  3. Start a new message and describe:

    • Your question or concern

    • Any relevant symptoms

    • Any recent changes in your health or medication

You’ll receive a reply from your care team directly in your portal.

24/7 Clinical Support

Rightwell offers 24/7 clinical support through the patient portal. You can send a message at any time, day or night, and your care team will review and respond as soon as they’re able.

Use the portal for things like:

  • Questions about your treatment plan

  • Side effects or non-urgent symptom questions

  • Medication questions or clarifications

  • Follow-up questions after a visit or consultation

Important: Emergencies

Rightwell and the patient portal must not be used for emergencies.

If you are experiencing:

  • Severe or sudden chest pain

  • Trouble breathing

  • Signs of stroke (sudden weakness, confusion, trouble speaking, vision loss)

  • Thoughts of harming yourself or others

  • Any other serious, sudden, or life-threatening symptom

? Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Do not wait for a message response in your patient portal.
