Requirements for Starting at a Higher Dose

To be considered for a higher starting dose, you must provide proof of an existing prescription from your previous provider that:

• Is not older than 30 days

• It is for the same GLP-1 medication you are choosing with Rightwell

• Is in your name

• Clearly shows your current dose

This documentation helps your clinician confirm that you’ve recently been tolerating that specific GLP-1 and dose safely. You’ll be able to upload or provide this proof during the sign-up and medical intake process.

How Your Starting Dose Is Decided

If your documentation is approved:

• Your initial dose with Rightwell can match your last prescription

• Your starting dose cannot be higher than the dose shown on your prior prescription, due to medical safety protocols

For example:
If your last prescription from your previous provider was 1.0 mg weekly, your starting dose with Rightwell can be up to 1.0 mg weekly, but not higher.

When You Can Increase Your Dose

If your clinician feels it’s safe and appropriate:

• You may be eligible for a higher dose the following month

• Any dose increase will depend on your tolerance, side effects, and progress

Your clinician will follow clinical guidelines and your health profile to decide when and how to adjust your dose.
