What Happens After You Sign Up

Once you complete your medical intake form and any additional requirements from your assigned clinician, Rightwell takes care of the rest—from issuing your prescription to getting your GLP-1 medication delivered to your door.

Here’s exactly what to expect.

1. Prescription Issued (Within 24–48 Hours)

After you submit your medical intake form and complete all the requested steps from your clinician:

  • A licensed U.S. clinician reviews your information.

  • If appropriate, a prescription will be issued within 24–48 hours of completing all requirements.

You’ll be notified through your patient portal or email once your prescription is ready.

2. Your Order Is Processed & Shipped

Once your prescription is issued:

  • Your order is sent to one of Rightwell’s certified U.S. pharmacy partners.

  • These partners help ensure quality, reliability, and timely service.

  • Your medication is shipped via 1–2 business-day priority shipping in a refrigerated package to maintain proper temperature and safety.

You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

3. Receive a 4-Week Supply of Your GLP-1

Each shipment includes:

  • A 4-week supply of your selected GLP-1 medication.

  • Instructions on how to store and use your medication safely and correctly (always follow your clinician’s guidance).

4. Ongoing Monthly Refills & Billing

Rightwell is designed as a continuous care program.

  • Every month, we will charge your card on file.

  • A new prescription and shipment will be issued according to your clinician’s treatment schedule and dosing plan.

  • This continues until you decide to cancel your program.

Your clinician may adjust your dose or plan over time based on your progress and health profile.

If you need to make changes to your plan or have questions about billing, you can contact our support team through the Contact Us article.

5. Clinical Questions: Use Your Patient Portal

If you have questions about your treatment, medication, side effects, or dosing, you can contact your assigned clinician directly through your secure patient portal:

Your clinician or care team will respond to you through the portal.
